During the negotiation, there was attentive intervention when necessary. I was very well advised of my options, so I was excellently placed to form an opinion and make my decision. And so I am very pleased with the outcome of the case. At the beginning, communication was a little patchy, so I didn't always know if the solicitor had received my input. But that went away as the case progressed. In addition, I would like to mention that I found the exchange about personal matters, which also took place, to be pleasant and confidence-building.
