Review from assurbanibal@...For a long and protruded case I was forced to use Ms. Schobloch and another famous firm in Zurich. Through this process, by contrast, the qualities of Ms Schobloch became apparent. She is available all the time and I never had to search for her a second time or send a reminder. She answers Emails fast and concrete, supports the case and has control of it. This also has a significant effect on the end-price, as no time is being wasted in useless chats or trying to convince the lawyer, what should be done. She does not miss deadlines, she is quite human when she connects with the client and realistic. She does protect the client. She does not lie. There is no assistant correcting your Pladoyer on the last day or telling you silly excuses, why the job was not done. You will not find a Pladoyer corrected with pen 3 Minutes before the trial. You will not have to send 23 Emails and wait 19 days to produce an answer to the court. All these qualities were not met in the other firm. Had I known earlier, that Ms. Schobloch is not the standard, but rather much higher, I would have saved myself from significant trouble and a bad result.

I got to know Mrs. Schobloch in January 2019 when I was looking for a lawyer for my marriage case with criminal offences. At that time, I visited many law firms in order to select the right representation. She is immediately distinguished by her quick understanding and objective attitude. I reached Mrs. Schobloch through an opposing attorney, whom she strongly recommended, but without having a professional relationship with her herself, which assured me of her quality of work. Mrs Schobloch helped me to achieve our strategic goals in my case. The matter was extremely complicated to manage and very dangerous for me and my children. Mrs. Schobloch decided on the strategy and thanks to her actions we achieved the desired success. Part of her work for my case consisted of conducting mediation talks from mediation discussions, a task which she carried out successfully. Not all lawyers have the qualified experience for this possible development of a judicial case. I must also mention that during her work, Mrs Schobloch was objective, realistic, understanding and by no means defeatist. She has earned the respect of the opposing counsel. I must also stress that, unlike an earlier experience with a ZH law firm, she never settled anything superfluous or unscrupulous. Being caught in a court case is a fundamentally difficult experience, I was there for the first time. Ms. Schobloch helped me achieve our strategic goals in my case. It has been exceptionally complicated to deal with and very dangerous for me and my children. Ms. Schobloch decided on the strategy and thanks to her actions we have achieved the desired success. Part of her job in my case, was holding Mediation talks, a task that she successfully completed. Not every lawyer brings the qualified experience for this possible development of a judicial matter.
