    "Within the framework of a road accident where I was the only one implied; I was condemned by a penal order WITHOUT PROOF, the report of police not emitting any opinion, invoking the fact that I drove while being sick. I took GARD as my lawyer, I exchanged 2 times on the phone then by some mails. After thinking about it I gave up my appeal without GARD having done anything except to constitute himself as a lawyer on my behalf. he charged me 1100 FRS. This individual has no professional conscience. He is only attracted by money."
