"I was dismissed during my post-op care. I got the tip from the German Embassy in Bern. Unfortunately not a good tip, at my residence already a Hate Crime ran. I was accused of professional incompetence, among other things. Despite good years of forerunners, in testimonials, I was badly rated by previous employers. The current one quit me after I was bullied for 8 weeks. The lawyer's assistant lived on the premises. The litigation lasted six months. Medical help was partially denied me. In this point was Mrs. Hirschsperg, more or less helpful. after comments of a police officer's daughter, I get your pension, I ran away from a criminal counsel. This one advised me to go to the victim's aid. I would have found Mrs Hirschsperg's tips myself. My employer originally wanted to keep me. After statements on the part of also personnel of the victim assistance, we need better...my homosexuality was publicly outed, the psychopaths on the spot, should be known to the lawyer, who lives 20 years in the CH. I say only Fussek, the so-called case studies, the unfair judgments - were whistleblown positively by patients themselves doctors. "

"I had commissioned Ms Hirschberg in connection with the enforcement of a foreign judgment (from Germany) in the field of debt collection and bankruptcy law. Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to get to know each other personally, but the cooperation by phone and email worked very well. Mrs Hirschberg proved to be extremely competent in the field and although the initial chances were rather small, the case was settled to my complete satisfaction.
